Daisy Plastic Bag Holder Crochet Pattern

Plastic bags taking over your kitchen, under your sink or in the pantry?  If so, try a plastic bag holder.  The Daisy Plastic Bag Holder is an easy bag holder to crochet.  I designed this bag with six crocheted daisy granny squares and basic crochet stitches:  single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and treble crochet.    Each granny square is about 6” x 6” and the finished bag measures approximately 6 ½” x 22”.

I left the bag open at the top so you can stuff the plastic bags in easily.  Then pull the bags from the bottom which can be open or tightened with a crocheted tie.  The bag holder will hold about 25-40 bags depending on how scrunched up you make the bags and the size of the plastic bag.

The Daisy Plastic Bag Holder is the perfect way to organize and recycle plastic bags and it is so cute!!  Hang the bag in your pantry. on a door or on a cabinet knob. This cheery plastic grocery bag holder would make a great gift to teachers, coworkers, friends and family and also be perfect for a housewarming gift, hostess gift, or birthday present.
