Crochet this sweet colorful Fidget Cuff with several textured stitches (puff stitches, loops and front posts) and a popcorn stitch flower.
Twiddle or fidget cuffs are claimed to provide sensory therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia as the cuffs provide warmth and comfort for fidgeting and restless fingers. A sensory Fidget Cuff usually has a variety of textures and embellishments for restless hands.
Fidget cuffs are one of many sensory items that can be made for those needing to occupy their hands. Crocheted muffs, mitts, blankets and mats for loved ones or residents of senior living facilities provide wonderful relief from anxiety and agitation.
